Our Story
MOC Turnkey Construction was founded in 2007 and officially registered in 2009, specializing in general construction work for prominent property management agencies. As the company gained experience and reputation, it began taking on larger alteration projects, including demolishing and rebuilding existing structures. This led to the expansion into building large-scale warehouses with integrated offices, bathrooms, and storage facilities.
A significant milestone was reached in 2013 when MOC Turnkey Construction started managing residential development projects for renowned property developers. With a skilled workforce of around 100 employees, the company has successfully delivered projects for esteemed clients such as Balwin, CDP, Lexkon, Tri-Point, and Pro-Build.
